None of the information collected from you on the site is ever passed on to third parties for marketing purposes, but we do pass on details for processing a membership. We do not collect more information than is reasonably necessary for you to enter and play within the Brit Chicks virtual world.

We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary whilst you remain a member of the Brit Chicks virtual world. If you wish to cancel your membership, your details will be deleted within 2 months of us receiving the note saying you want to cancel.

Like most other websites, Brit Chicks uses 'cookies' to improve your experience of the site - we do this by placing a text file in the web browser on your computer. However, we do not use tracking cookies so no record of your activity on the site is made.

All content on our site is copyrighted: this means that you are not allowed to use Brit Chicks characters, clothes, scenery, names, pictures, logotypes or icons from the Brit Chicks virtual world (which we refer to as 'materials') unless it is clear that we give you permission to do so. This means that you cannot copy, distribute, sell, publish, modify or send any Brit Chicks materials to anyone else without written permission from us saying that you can.

All external links which appear on our website are carefully checked on a regular basis by our team. However, we have no editorial control over the content of these linked sites and cannot assume any responsibility for the content of these sites. If you find that we've linked to something which is inappropriate, please contact us immediately and we shall investigate, and if necessary, remove the inappropriate link.
